PlugOp Technologies hosts payment transactions for these businesses and facilitates communication between businesses and end users.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify PlugOp Technologies immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, accounts, systems, or networks connected to the App.
5. Payment Transactions
PlugOp Technologies hosts payment transactions between businesses and end users. Transactions are subject to the terms agreed between the business and the end user.
PlugOp Technologies is not a party to transactions between businesses and end users and assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from such transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by PlugOp Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlugOp Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlugOp Technologies and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
PlugOp Technologies reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
